Customer Service Hours:
If you are looking to speak with our Customer Care team (French or English), hours of service are 9am-1pm EST (Monday-Friday).
Inquiries outside the above times can be emailed to orders@myostomy.ca.
Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday and we do our best to respond to all messages within 24 hours during the business week.
Please note that we take weekends and statutory holidays to rest and recharge, so any inquiries sent during those times will be responded to once we're back in the office.
